Included in the entry is an audio guide which is set up in your language of preference which I think is a great addition, especially for tourists. There are barely any chairs to sit on as you walk through the attraction. My husband is disabled and uses a stick to walk.
This is triple what it costs in a supermarket. I wasn’t asked if I wanted white or brown bread so what I got was simply white value bread with a tiny amount of sloppy filling. Our sandwiches came out 10 minutes apart and for £4 for a tuna sandwich you should be ashamed of yourselves. They shuffled around without any expression and had to be asked repeatedly for a sandwich I ordered. Staff in the cafe were pretty gormless and slow. Why therefore did we have to book a timed entry ?

It was a free for all and numbers were not controlled. On arrival however we joined a long queue which included visitors who had NOT pre-booked and were buying tickets on the spot. Some of the corridors are narrow and if overcrowded, it is difficult to read and see everything. I believed this was to control numbers inside.
